Kevin Kahmann
CEO - CBI / Xzilon
Kevin has forged over 35 years of experience and leadership in management, domestic and international distribution, sales and marketing, along with an impeccable record of success in new product and business development. He has gained expertise in the automotive aftercare and antimicrobial markets for over 15 years and spearheads the growth and development of CBI and Xzilon. Kevin lives in Bend, OR with his wife Val, where they enjoy hiking, sightseeing in their RV, and driving Kevin’s ‘68 Chevelle.
Wendy Spoto
Executive Vice President - CBI
Wendy has been the glue of CBI’s multiple divisions and functions for nearly a decade, helping support its rapid growth. Her experience with CACI and DSIC has guided her in streamlining CBI’s internal processes and communications throughout its development. Wendy lives in Redmond, OR with her family where they enjoy the outdoors and caring for their horses.
Mitch Parks
National Sales Director - Xzilon
Mitch earned a degree studying marketing and brand development at the University of Oregon before refining his skills in experiential selling with the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers. He gained early experience in automotive appearance protection through various roles with CBI before its acquisition of Xzilon in 2019 and now directs Xzilon’s sales and support functions nationwide. Mitch lives in Bend, OR and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities when he isn’t on the road.
